By creating an account or using FinVision ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

FinVision is a personal financial dashboard that aggregates your financial accounts, investments, and documents into a single view. The Service includes bank account connections via Plaid, AI-powered document parsing, goal tracking, and financial overview features.

FinVision is an informational tool, not a financial advisor. The Service displays your financial data and provides organizational tools, but does not provide investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or recommendations of any kind. Any projections, calculations, or summaries shown are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for making financial decisions.

You should consult a qualified financial advisor, tax professional, or attorney before making financial decisions. FinVision is designed to complement professional advice, not replace it.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

When you connect a bank or financial account through Plaid, you authorize Plaid to access your account information on your behalf. Your use of Plaid is subject to the Plaid End User Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of data provided by third-party services. Account balances and transaction data are provided by your financial institutions through Plaid and may not always reflect real-time information.

You may upload financial documents for AI-powered parsing. By uploading a document, you represent that you have the right to share its contents. Uploaded documents are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to extract structured data for your dashboard.

You should review all AI-extracted data for accuracy before relying on it. AI parsing may contain errors, and you are responsible for verifying the results.

FinVision offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and may be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious files or content
• Use the Service to store or transmit data you do not have the right to share
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission

You retain ownership of all financial data and documents you provide to FinVision. We do not claim ownership of your data. We use your data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinVision and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or financial losses arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that financial data will be accurate or complete.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of FinVision after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
